Clarksville Parks and Recreation Announces Return of Chocolate Affair to Traditional Format


Chocolate affairClarksville, Tennessee – The Clarksville Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting their popular Chocolate Affair event on Saturday, February 5, 2022 at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center. A limited number of tickets are still available.

L’Affaire du Chocolat is an annual event that takes place on the first Saturday in February. Local businesses and caterers provide bite-sized sweet and savory food samples that include chocolate in some form or fashion. The awards are given to suppliers for the best taste, presentation and most creative use of chocolate.

Two sessions are currently available. An afternoon session, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., is perfect for the whole family, and a night session, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a cash bar, is the perfect evening.

Rebecca Lopez, event planning specialist at Clarksville Parks and Recreation, said tickets were going fast.

Tickets cost $ 20.00 per person and can be purchased at or in person at 102 Public Square.
