COVID vaccine benefits and free outdoor activities for July


(WTNH) – We’re heading into the holiday weekend, so it’s time to take a look at where you can find some freebies in July. We’re stretching your dollar with a look this Free Friday.

Kids get a free pass to state museums this summer. Now, kids and teens under 18 can visit over 90 sites for the rest of the season. One adult will have free entry with them.

You can take part in free outdoor adventures in South Windsor. LL Bean offers these courses led by qualified experts like kayaking, fly fishing, archery, etc. The “Outdoor Discovery Program” runs until July 11.

Panera Bread is the latest channel to offer an incentive to get vaccinated. Get a free bagel from July 2 to 4 at participating establishments upon presentation of your vaccination card.

New Haven Health is launching a new vaccination initiative, and it’s packed with freebies! Covid vaccination clinics are held at Lighthouse Point Park. Incentives include Dunkin gift cards – or a ticket to the Quassy amusement park. This will be done until the end of August.

A similar offer at Lowes stores – you get a vaccine at participating locations in Cromwell, New Haven, and Plainville. Get a $ 10 gift card or ticket for free entry to Quassy Amusement Park.
